All Piktura prints are made to order and fulfilled by print partners located in the EU.

Where we ship

We currently produce and ship to all EU member states. Availability for additional countries may be added later and will be shown at checkout.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost depends on your country and product size and starts from €6.90 per order. The exact cost is calculated and shown before you confirm payment — nothing is added afterward.

VAT

All prices shown include applicable VAT (19% standard rate in Germany; rates may vary by delivery country under EU VAT rules). The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Delivery estimate

Framed prints and canvases are produced after your order is placed. Typical production takes 2–4 business days, followed by 3–5 business days for delivery within the EU — a combined estimate of about 5–9 business days from order to delivery. Exact estimates are shown at checkout and may vary by destination and product.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its progress to delivery.

Packaging

Framed and canvas prints are shipped in protective, rigid packaging designed for fragile art prints.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or a part of it is missing, contact us with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging — we'll arrange a free replacement or refund. See our Returns & cancellation policy for details.
